Wenn Kinder nicht von klein auf lernen, dass die Menschen verschieden sind, wann dann? An der inklusiven Grundschule Berg Fidel in Münster gehören alle dazu: ob hochbegabt oder lernschwach, geistig oder körperlich beeinträchtigt. Während die politische Debatte über die Idee einer „offenen Schule“ von Erwachsenen lebhaft diskutiert wird, kommen in Hella Wenders einfühlsamen Porträtfilm „Berg Fidel – Eine Schule für alle“ die Kinder selbst zu Wort. Mit Witz und Charme erzählen die vier kleine Protagonisten David, Jakob, Anita und Lucas aus ihrem Schulalltag und sagen in ihrer unvergleichlichen Weise mehr als so mancher Erwachsene.
